Q1. Why should I order from CustomMemory?
Two main reasons you should order with us-

Q2. What's your MOQ?
We have absolutely no MOQ for most standard models. For custom-made products, MOQ start as low as 200.

Q3. How to shop?
All you need to do is to choose the products that you would like to see your logo on, and then send us your logo file; we'll then make digital mock ups for you free of charge, at the same time providing you with a quote. If you're happy with the mock up and the price, our sale representative will then take you through the rest of the process.
We will make your shopping experience with CustomMemory, happy and hassle-free.

Q4. Can you send me your price?
Yes, no problem. You may fill out a Quote Request Form right here , or just send us an email with "Request Quote" in the subject line. Our email is: sales@CustomMemory.com.tw

Q5. What kind of graphic file do you accept?
To achieve the best printing quality, we require that you submit vector type of graphic files (such as Adobe Illustrator's AI file) to us for production.If you are not sure if your file is production-ready, you may still send us the file that you have, and let our graphic artist check for you. For details, pleaser refer to this guideline.

Q6. What's a customized flash drive?
If you're looking for promotional gifts, consider customized flash drives because-
1. It's something that people would actually use, in the office or at school almost on a daily basis.
2. Your logo can be colorfully printed, laser engraved or even heat stamped on any of our flash drives.
3. Not only would people see your logo on the flash drives, you may also have the option to pre-load any digital information in the flash drives and have them automatically played when the flash drive is used. Our buyers have pre-loaded websites, catalogues, videos, music and more content in their customized flash drives and received very positive feedbacks as marketing results.

Q7. Do the products have warranty?
Most of our products carry a one (1) year limited warranty and will be replaced if broken. Please check individual product pages for length of warranty.

Q8. What do I do if I have a problem with my product?
Before shipping the products to you, the products would pass quality check performed by our staff. If in any case you find a problem with your product, please let your sales representative know ASAP and we would find the solutions for you.
